Berger leads Solar Science with over 30 years of business and financial expertise. A tech marketing executive with proven success across global markets, Berger has driven multi-million-dollar growth in both startups and Fortune 100 corporations.
Berger excels in strategic leadership, technological innovation, and market expansion. His skill in building high-performing teams and implementing data-driven business strategies has consistently delivered exceptional results across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. He brings particular expertise in venture capital fundraising, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
His comprehensive understanding of solar technologies and sustainability positions Solar Science at the forefront of renewable energy innovation. Berger's exceptional determination is evident in both his business leadership and personal achievements, including summiting Mount Everest in 2012.

Lin Higley
Co-Founder President and Co-Inventor
Lin Higley is a pioneering innovator with more than 45 years of distinguished experience in energy systems and electrochemical research. As the Inventor and President of Solar Science LLC, he brings unparalleled expertise in device prototyping and manufacturing implementation to the company's cutting-edge solar solutions.
Holding over 35 patents, Higley's contributions to energy technology have been both profound and diverse. His extensive background includes critical work on military and satellite battery systems, as well as photovoltaic (PV) technologies that have advanced renewable energy capabilities across multiple sectors.
Throughout his career, Higley has led the development and operation of quality control departments, establishing rigorous standards that ensure exceptional performance and reliability. His hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail have resulted in significant improvements in manufacturing processes and product quality.
Higley's groundbreaking work in battery technology spans multiple generations of electric vehicle development. He assembled the first sodium-sulfur (NaS) batteries for Ford Motor Company, as well as Nickel Metal Hydride batteries for the GM Precept. Additionally, he assembled the first Lead Acid test batteries for the EV1 and EV2 at Hughes/GM, contributing significantly to early electric vehicle advancement. His expertise extends beyond research to commercial implementation, having set up a Lithium Manufacturing plant for a private company. Higley also has extensive experience in assembling solar trailers and conducting comprehensive failure analysis of PV and battery production lines, identifying and resolving critical issues that have enhanced the efficiency and longevity of renewable energy systems.
As President, Higley continues to drive innovation at Solar Science LLC, leveraging his extensive knowledge and visionary approach to develop next-generation solar technologies.

Marshall D. Muller
Co-Founder Chief Technolgy Officer and

Marshall D. Muller serves as Chief Technical Officer at Solar Science, L.L.C., bringing over 35 years of pioneering energy research and innovative leadership to the company. His extensive expertise in photovoltaic technology and advanced materials research has established him as a respected authority in sustainable energy solutions.
With six patents to his name, Muller has made significant contributions across multiple fields, including hydrogen storage alloys and applications of laser and plasma technologies for material development. He collaborated with Lin Higley on developing Nickel Metal Hydride batteries for the GM Impact, Impact2, Precept, and the Chrysler T-van, helping establish the foundation for modern electric vehicle technology.
Throughout his career, Muller has successfully led entrepreneurial ventures focused on environmental sustainability, developing breakthrough technologies for recycling waste electronics and creating processes that significantly increase mining yields. His approach combines scientific rigor with commercial practicality.
Prior to joining Solar Science, Muller's technical leadership resulted in several commercially successful innovations that transformed theoretical research into marketable products. His unique ability to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and practical application continues to drive Solar Science's mission to revolutionize energy solutions through advanced technology.

Claudia Higley-Dickerson
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Higley-Dickerson is the driving operational force behind Solar Science, LLC, bringing over 20 years of financial expertise and organizational leadership to her role as Co-founder and COO.
Before launching Solar Science, Higley-Dickerson built a distinguished career in accounting and business management within the dental industry, mastering the complexities of both private practices and multi-doctor offices. Her financial acumen was further refined during her tenure with a major national communications company, where she managed the accounts payable department overseeing $90 million in transactions.
As COO, Higley-Dickerson leverages her exceptional organizational talents and financial insight to create systems that position both her team and the company for sustained success. She excels at building cohesive teams that consistently deliver results, employing a leadership approach that emphasizes clear communication and strategic planning.
Higley-Dickerson’s leadership extends beyond business into community service, where as Past-President of her local tennis association, she led the organization to receive the "Organization of The Year" award from the USTA Pacific Northwest section.
With her unique combination of financial expertise, operational excellence, and team-building capabilities, Higley-Dickerson continues to drive Solar Science's mission forward with precision and vision.
